MW Construction was founded by Maciej Wojciechowski, popularly known as ‘Magic’. Magic is the epitome of The American Dream. He immigrated to America as a child from Poland. He spoke no English and fell into a poor unwelcoming city public school district where he had to literally fight his way to successfully learning to be the best in his trade, against all odds. Has continued to develop his self taught skills, knowledge, and craftsmanship. With years of hands-on experience, he continues to build an extremely successful growing business. Magic has turned the same drive and persistence to succeed against all odds into his company’s mission – to persist in following up and making sure each customer is satisfied with the project at hand. A drive and mission that is much bigger than the desire to grow and make money. Magic continues to spend the majority of his time on job sites participating in, adjusting and inspecting the work to ensure every project will lead to a 100% satisfied customer. Magic always says, “I am not finalizing that final invoice until the customer tells me that he/she is totally satisfied with the work performed”.
